PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish reduction of the number of parts of an attachment/detachment device for attaching/detaching an underwater mixer 10 hung down on a winding machine 19 and lifting between underwater and on-water to the winding machine 19, and enhancement of operation reliability and operation stability. SOLUTION: A frame 25 hung down on the winding machine 19 and a hook body 34 pivotably supported on the frame 25 at turning axis in a horizontal direction are provided. On the hook body 34, a first engagement part 35 engaged with the hang-down part 14 in hanging up the underwater mixer 10 and a second engagement part 36 engaged with the hang-down part 14 in installation of the mixer 10 underwater are provided. The hook body 34 is made to non-load attitude where the first engagement part 35 is positioned on an extension line connecting the turning axis and a center of gravity of the hook body 34 and the second engagement part 36 is positioned while changing a phase relative to the first engagement part 35 in a pivot direction in the non-load state. On the hook body 34, a first guide part 38 for abutted on the hang-down part 14 in descending movement in the non-load attitude to turn the hook body 34 and engaging the hang-down part 14 with the first engagement part 35 is provided.
