A method and apparatus for transmitting the radio service data, and the method includes: designs the multi-system radio service frame timing mechanism and/or the padding rule of the IQ data; configures the frame timing mechanism which the services of the radio equipment are corresponding to according to the multi-system radio service frame timing mechanism and/or the padding rule of the IQ data; transmits the multi-system radio service data according to the configured frame timing mechanism and/or the padding rule of the IQ data. The apparatus includes: a determination unit, a configuration unit and a delivery unit. The system includes: a transmitting unit, a delivery unit and a receiving unit. It will be solved that the common radio interface between the REC and the RE can't transmit the radio IQ data of the different systems uniformly and implement the frame synchronization in current technology.
