An apparatus and a system for extracting a words structure on the basis of a repeated pattern of song words and a method therefor are provided to reduce time required for selecting an audio file by providing a main theme part of words on the basis of the extracted words structure. A words extracting unit(110) extracts words information from meta data of an audio file. A string information extracting unit(130) extracts an interlude interval and a repeated string on the basis of the extracted words information. A paragraph extracting unit(140) extracts a paragraph on the basis of the repeated string, and extracts a set of paragraphs with the same repeated pattern among the extracted paragraphs. A words structure generating unit(150) generates the interlude interval, the string, and the paragraph for the audio file as a tree structure, and provides the generated tree structure.
