<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good barrel having no burr on the peripheral part of its brim part, which solves a conventional problem, wherein while making the dimension of the cavity outside diameter of a split die larger than that of the cavity large outside diameter part formed in a cavity alleviates the resistance due to the shrink of the tip fitting part and enables smooth demolding, the draft dimension of the axial diameter direction of the tip fitting part becomes larger than the large outside diameter part to lead, as a result, to the occurrence of a sharp, burr-like protrusion and to marked degradation in the value as a product. <P>SOLUTION: The mold equipment has a pair of split die cavity blocks which have the brim part formed on the barrel and can be opened/closed while letting the brim part be the boundary. On the surface where the brim part is formed, of the cavity blocks of the split die, there is formed a conical hole that makes the outer periphery of the brim part the cardinal point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
