<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer storage container capable of protecting inside developer from ultraviolet rays and also detecting the storage amount of the developer by a developer storage amount detection sensor disposed in an image forming apparatus and constituted of a light emitting part and a light receiving part. <P>SOLUTION: In a toner cartridge 1 loaded in the image forming apparatus in such a state that it is held in between by a toner residual amount detection sensor 110 disposed in the image forming apparatus and constituted of the light emitting part 111 and the light receiving part 112 receiving light emitted from the light emitting part 111, a part held in between by the toner residual amount detection sensor 110 is formed of visible ray cut resin which cuts wavelength light equal to or under a visible ray and transmits wavelength light equal to or above an infrared ray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
