PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely improve economy in terms of heat energy by recovering engine exhaust heat as much as possible in case of control not to exceed demand without air conditioning demand. SOLUTION: The device is provided with: an engine driven type heat pump device 2 with power generation function having a hot water storage tank connected thereto; and an engine driven type heat pump device 1 with power generation function not having a hot water storage tank connected thereto. When no air conditioning demand for all heat pump devices 1, 2 exists, hot water storage signal is output, an engine and a power generator of the engine driven type heat pump device 2 with power generation function having a hot water storage tank connected are driven and increase of incoming power quantity is limited while recovering engine exhaust heat as high temperature hot water to the hot water storage tank, if incoming power quantity from commercial electricity source is predicted to exceed set power quantity and heat amount in the hot water storage tank is less than the maximum heat amount of hot water storage.
