<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cooling device for showing high cooling performance for electronic equipment capable of mounting personal computers from desktop types to notebook types, regardless of the form of the personal computers. <P>SOLUTION: The channel of a refrigerant liquid circulated inside is formed by a wall piece in an integral structure by the same material cut, and raised from a base material having the thermal conductivity of one or both of a heat-exchange substrate 25 and a heat exchanger frame body 21 in the heat exchanger of the cooling device.
