<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add new performance which did not exist before in a turbine frame rotatably retaining a variable vane in a VGS type turbocharger. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the turbine frame 2 rotatably retaining a variable vane 1 in an exhaust gas guide assembly AS of the VGS type turbocharger. The turbine frame is formed by combining a plurality of different specifications of frame elements in which at least one of material, thickness, surface reforming treatment, heat treatment and shape is made different.
