<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue cutting device capable of cutting tissues in a sample to be inspected securely. <P>SOLUTION: In this tissue cutting device 1, an insertion part 3 to be inserted into a body is extended from an operation part 2. A plurality of openings 30 are formed along the longitudinal direction in a pipe 25 in the insertion part 3, wires 31 are pulled out of each opening 30 so as to protrude in the direction crossing an axis of the pipe 25, and a loop capable of inserting tissues is formed and is pulled into the pipe 25 from the same opening 30.
