<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a restart function which is provided with flexibility while simplifying the circuitry. <P>SOLUTION: An abnormality counter 11 counts the occurrence of abnormality in hardware, a determination circuit 13 determines first occurrence of abnormality in hardware and restarts protective operation with initialization reset of a device by a reset circuit 14. A determination circuit 15 determines that abnormality occurs more than once in hardware and upon occurrence of an abnormal signal or abnormality in hardware, an abnormality output circuit 16 outputs an abnormality warning or stores abnormality detection data. A fixed time counter means 12A arranged in software reads the count of the abnormality counter periodically, starts counting of the fixed time when the count is indicating the first time and resets the abnormality counter when the fixed time is reached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
