<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a floor carpet for an automobile with a superior noise absorbing property and noise shielding property capable of sufficiently securing quietness in a vehicle compartment. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a nonwoven fabric 4, an adhesive film 3 immediately after extrusion obtained by extruding thermoplastic resin from an extruder 20 at a melt flow rate of 10-1,000 g/10 minutes, and a skin material 2 are overlaid in this order, and are nipped by a pair of rolls 21 and 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
