PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance slidability by reducing the thickness of insulating layers sandwiching a conductor while lowering the dielectric constant of the insulating layers. SOLUTION: In this flexible flat cable (FFC), both sides of the conductor are sandwiched between the pair of insulating layers, and the respective outside surfaces of the pair of insulating layers are covered with a shield tape composed by forming a conductive metal layer on an insulating tape. Each insulating layer is provided with a porous sheet of an olefin resin, and adhesive sheets on both sides made of an acid denaturation olefin resin and sandwiching the porous sheet; and the conductor and the porous sheet, and the porous sheet and the shield tape are respectively stuck to each other by using the adhesive sheet.
