PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate with a stable organic functional film, a method of manufacturing an organic EL element by the method of manufacturing the laminate above, as well as an organic EL display device, in the case an organic functional film as thin as or thinner than a thickness of a projection structure is coated on the latter formed on a substrate.
