PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive device in which relative position variation of a disk and a printer head is suppressed and which can form accurately desired print on a label plane. SOLUTION: The device is the disk drive device provided with a disk drive part DR-U in which the disk is rotated in the prescribed direction, while information is recorded and/or information recorded in the information storage plane is reproduced for the information recording plane, and an ink jet type printing part PR-U performing printing by injecting ink for a label plane of the disk, the printer head 21 of the printing part is placed on a first supporting member 10 on which a vibration source 3 of the disk drive part is mounted. When vibration is caused, also the printer head can be vibrated synchronizing.
