PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device for outputting light in a wide-band, having uniformity by multiplexing two with two different wavelengths, without the loss of rays. SOLUTION: The light source device comprises two optical paths having a desired wavelength region, two optical elements 2a, 2b for changing the optical paths to parallel rays respectively and outputting them in a multiplexing mirror direction, a multiplexing mirror 3, of which the surface cross section has a shape formed with isosceles triangles continuously arranged, that reflects the incident parallel rays in the same optical axial direction to multiplex the light and then outputting light in the desired wavelength, and a light-condensing means 4 for condensing the multiplexed light.
