PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag write-in device for writing information necessary for an IC tag to record the same in order to reduce the management load of specimen management in inspection facilities. SOLUTION: The tag write-in device is equipped with: an image data reading means 42 for reading the image data of an inspection letter of request in which the content of an inspection request of a specimen is stated; and an IC tag writer 48 for writing the image data of the inspection letter of request, which is read by the image data reading means, in the IC tag attached to the specimen.
