PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chromatogram of a basic or acid measured sample by conventional ion exchange column or reverse-phase column, and to shorten the analysis time. SOLUTION: This column for high-speed liquid chromatography for analyzing the basic or acid sample is formed by mixing and filling a reverse-phase filling agent (A) and an ion exchange filling agent (B) (cation based filling agent or anion based filling agent) into one column, and contains reverse-phase filling agent (A) more than the ion exchange filling agent (B) by one magnification or more.
