PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diagnostic device having a closing function which is a main function of a valve and a function for continuously monitoring and not only a deterioration and failure evaluation by the comparison of data but also the soundness of a valve rod without having to perform troublesome work such as detaching a part of a valve to be diagnosed at a site, mounting a detector, obtaining diagnostic data, and reassembling. SOLUTION: A plurality of detectors are permanently provided on the outer surface of a valve mounted on a piping system and on a valve component.
