PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant valve capable of preventing a valve seat from being disengaged from a body depending on the kind of a control fluid and pressure. SOLUTION: In the coolant valve, the body 12 and the valve seat 21 are provided separately, and the valve seat 21 is assembled to the body 12. An annular gap S is formed between the valve seat 21 and the body 12, and an anti-loosening member 31 formed by making a material having lower rigidity than the valve seat 21 and the body 12 in an annular shape is press-fitted into the gap S. Tapers having the same inclination anglesθare formed on a face 25 where the valve seat 21 contacts with the anti-loosening member 31, and on a face 32 where the anti-loosening member 31 contacts with the valve seat 21.
