PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that various materials used for preventing/stopping water leakage caused from surfaces or cracks of concrete and blocking water leakage channels solidify after application, reduce the volume, produce secondary gaps and result in water leakage and to develop a material without solidifying and causing the secondary gaps. SOLUTION: In order to stop water leakage with water, there occurs an idea of a resin nylon absorbing water.
