The instrument has resonance tubes (26) arranged below sound bars, where a part of the tubes is formed from a smoothly manufactured continuous casting tubing profile. The tubing profile is axially disconnected into two halves, which are connected with each other by elongation sections. Another part of the tubes is formed from the unvaried profile. The tubing profile has an oval cross-section with two circular end sections and two middle sections, which lie parallel to each other, where connection lines between the halves and the elongation sections are linear.
