<p>A security roller shutter with mechanically operated roll-up roll-down slat chain movement. Each slat in a row is traversed by a security axis, serving also as a pivot around which the associated slat can swivel. A coupling link is used for hingedly linking each slat to an adjacent slat, such that an only one edge of each slat is hinged and that all slats bear hinges on the same edge only. The coupling links conform with the slats so that when upright each slat is closely associated with the adjacent slats.</p> |
