The system (1) has an implantable control unit (2), and an implantable electrode unit (3) for producing electrical impulses. The electrode unit can be supplied with energy and/or controlled via a time variable magnetic field by the control unit in an exclusively wireless manner. The magnetic field is produced by the control unit, and the control unit is formed such that the field strength of the magnetic field runs in ramp or saw tooth form during switch-on time. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an implantable electrode unit for a stimulation system such as a cardiac pacemaker, for producing an electrical impulse (2) an implantable stimulation unit for a stimulation system such as cardiac pacemaker, for electrical stimulation (3) a method operating an implantable electrode unit for producing electrical impulses (4) a method for producing an electrical impulse in tissues.
