PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain cross talk phenomenon to be generated among a plurality of nozzles so as to obtain a printed image of high quality level. SOLUTION: A printer is provided with a plurality of nozzles 118 for jetting ink drops and piezoelectric element 116 for generating energy provided on respective nozzles an jetting ink drops from corresponding nozzles. A driving waveform formation section 142 is constituted to output a plurality of kinds of driving signals 145a-145d including driving signals for modulating the size of ink drops and auxiliary driving signals for eliminating the effect generated following the ink drop jet operation of other nozzles. Anyone out of the driving signals 145a-145d output from the driving waveform formation section 142 by waveform selecting section 141-1-141-n respectively is selected and fed to the corresponding piezoelectric element 116. |
