<p>Cutting appliance (10) has cutting tool (14) situated on a motor-driven shaft (12), with a supporting plane (11) which can be placed on the underlying surface to be worked and against which the cutting tool can be lowered. It has a hub-shaped coating device (20) with a slit-shaped entrance hole (22) for the shaft, containing jointing solution to at least partly seal the slit-shaped hole. The solution has a closing part (23) moveable eccentrically around the shaft which contains a control device (25) to lower the shaft relative to the coating device in the hinged motion of the closing part.</p> |
