<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for administering a ligand of a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family having decreased toxicity for the purpose of treating disease in which cell growth should be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A method for using the ligand of the TNF family of polymerized type for the purpose of preparing a medicament to be injected into a suitable body cavity selected from the abdominal cavity, thoracic cavity, pericardium, respiratory tract, upper alimentary canal, urinary passage, glenoid fossa, and central nervous system, wherein the ligand of the TNF family is selected from a Fas ligand, CD40L, TRAIL, and APRIL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
