Pivotable handle for a pan

The turning handle (5) is for a frying pan (1) which has a holder (2) extending from the body of the pan to receive an extension (7). The holder and the extension have grooves (3, 6) in the sides, those of the extension being covered by a wall to form a chamber to receive parallel arms projecting from the front of the handle.
