Pressure vessel made of plastic and method for its manufacture

A hydraulic or pneumatic pressure reservoir for commercial vehicles, trains or firefighting systems is assembly from components made of fiber-reinforced polyethylene, polypropylene or polyamide. The reservoir outer shell is multi-layered elongated ellipse. The ratio of the poles to the center section is in the range 1:2.5 to 1:5, with a smooth rounded transition between the two. Further claimed is a manufacturing process for the reservoir.
