The plastic nut part (1) has fixing flange (2) of metal plate (16). A coaxial metal ring (5) is embedded into the flange, which is brought in contact with a front side with the surface of the metal plate. By rotating together the nut part and the metal ring, a connection with the metal plate is made by friction welding.
