An electronic sound converter is provided to simultaneously generate voice and vibration by integrating vibrators having different resonant frequencies into one body and respectively vibrating the vibrators according to an input signal. The first vibrator(11) is relatively lighter than the second vibrator(14) to vibrate by sound, correspondingly to the second vibrator(14) at a high resonant frequency. The second vibrator(14) is relatively heavier than the first vibrator(11) to vibrate by shock, correspondingly to the first vibrator(11) at a low resonant frequency. A pair of elastic members(15) are disposed at a predetermined interval. The elastic members restrict the vibration widths of the vibrators(11,14), and increase the vibrant forces of the vibrators(11,14). The elastic members(15) are fixed to a vibrated body(17) through a fixation body(16). The elastic members(15) respond to vibration transferred from the vibrators(11,14) to generate sound or vibration.
