A discharge device having an air inflow-type discharge unit is provided to let the old person and children drink the content conveniently by increasing the discharge efficiency of the contents by forming an air inflow part. A discharge device(1) combined in a direction of discharging the content of a bottle(100) comprises a body(10) and a lid(20), and prevents the cover rotating or vertically moving on the body from being separated from the body over the predetermined degree. A discharge unit having an outflow hole(13) is extended upward from an inlet unit formed at the upper side of the body in the inlet unit. An insertion groove of closing unit of the predetermined size and a closing unit(21) corresponding to the insertion groove are formed between the discharge unit and the inlet unit. An air inflow part(15) for making the air flow into the bottle is formed at the insertion groove of the closing unit. An elastic closing unit is disposed in the insertion groove of the closing unit of the body.
