A waterproof type electric leakage circuit breaker is provided to prevent the infiltration of water, by completely sealing a contact portion between a front case and a rear case, a plurality of penetration holes formed in the rear case, a contact portion between the front case and a connecting member and a contact portion between the rear case and a connecting member. A front case(110) has a front surface and a rear surface, wherein the front surface has the first to the third penetration holes(111,112,113) and the rear surface is opened. A switch(213) of an electric leakage circuit breaker(210) and a test button are respectively inserted into the first penetration hole(111) and the second penetration hole(112). A display light(223) installed on a circuit board(220) connected to the electric leakage circuit breaker(210) is positioned through the third penetration hole(113). A rear case(120) is sealingly joined to the rear surface of the front case(110). A front surface of the rear case(120) is opened. Receiving grooves(123) are respectively formed in one surface and the other surface of the rear case(120). An elastic member(140) is joined to the front cast to seal the first penetration hole(111) and the second penetration hole(112). The elastic member(140) has the first protruding tube(143) and the second protruding tube(145) into which the switch of the electric leakage circuit breaker(210) and the test button are respectively inserted.
