A method for fastening parts with a nut runner is provided to prevent production of a large amount of bad products due to fastening inferiority in an automated production line. A method for fastening parts with a nut runner includes the step of: confirming whether the torque of a spindle and the angle of a servo motor is a zero point(S10); fastening the parts by rotating the spindle with a predetermined torque(S15); and confirming the fastening quality of the fastened parts. The step of confirming the fastening quality of the fastened parts includes the sub-steps of: restoring twisting of the spindle by turning off the servo motor(S20); detecting the reversely rotated angle of the servo motor with an encoder(S25); rotating forwardly the servo motor by the reversely rotated angle(S30); detecting the refastening torque; and requesting for an inspection if the maximum valve of the refastening torque is not with a predetermined range. |
