A toothbrush having toothpaste is provided to enable a user to use and carry the toothbrush easily by forming a toothpaste receiving chamber containing the toothpaste on an inner portion of a grip portion. A toothbrush includes a head portion(4), a body(2), and a grip(3). A discharge hole(41) is formed on toothbrush bundle(8) of the head portion, and a toothpaste receiving chamber(5) is formed on an inner portion of the grip which communicates with the head portion by a supply pathway(21) of the body. An operating piston(7) is engaged to an operating knob(6) at the toothpaste receiving chamber. A stepped piece(72) is selectively hung on hanging grooves(52,52') of a guide groove(51) by resiliently pressing an operating piece of the operating piston when a user pushes a press plate of the operating knob. |
