ANODE ELEMENT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

An anode element, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solid electrolytic capacitor are provided to increase a withstand voltage of the solid electrolytic capacitor by using the anode element in the solid electrolytic capacitor. An anode element includes a metal and a coating layer, which is formed on the metal. The coating layer(3) is made of a material which is selected from the group consisting of a hydrate oxide, a hydrate, and a combination thereof. The hydrate oxide is represented by a chemical expression, MOx.yH2O, while the hydrate is represented by a chemical expression, M(OH)n. M represents the metal with a valve function and x and y are integers or prime numbers between 1 and 6. The n is an integer or a prime number between 1 and 6.
