摘要 A localized surface plasmon sensor using ordered nano-sized metal structures is provided to induce a localized surface plasmon resonance phenomenon by installing a metal thin film and a T-type metal structure on a top of a substrate. A localized surface plasmon sensor using ordered nano-sized metal structures includes a prism(2), a substrate(4), a metal thin film(8), T-type metal structures(10,10'), a light source, and a light-receiving unit. The substrate is installed on a top of the prism. The metal thin film is installed on a top of the substrate. More than one T-type metal structure is installed on a top of the metal thin film. The light source is installed to be separated at constant intervals on one side of a bottom of the substrate to radiate an input light inputting to the metal thin film due to passing the substrate. The light-receiving unit is installed to be separated at constant intervals on one side of a bottom of the substrate to detect the light changed by a localized surface plasmon resonance phenomenon of the input light.
