A heating bed having a functional fancy mattress is provided to enable a user to comfortably sleep by forming flower-stone emitting an anion and far-infrared ray as an upper plate thereof. A heating bed includes a bed body and a functional fancy mattress(100). The functional fancy mattress includes a fancy mattress frame(200), a flower-stone upper plate(110) of a rectangular shape, a ceramic non-woven fabric(120) formed on a lower surface of the flower-stone upper plate, an insulating sheet(130) formed on a lower surface of the ceramic non-woven fabric, a protection panel(140) for preventing an upper laminated material from being polluted, a temperature detecting sensor(150) installed on the lower surface of the protection panel, an over-voltage prevention bimetal(160) installed on the lower surface of the temperature detecting sensor, a heating system(170) supplying heat generated according to supplying electric power to the upper plate, a receiving member(180) installed on the lower surface of the heating system for receiving a functional material, and a compressed insulating material(190) formed on the lower surface of the receiving member.
