A crushed recycled aggregate washing and sorting device is provided to keep the washing water at proper temperature and to sort out the waste material even in the winter season by using waste heat of an incinerator. A crushed recycled aggregate washing and sorting device is composed of a washing tank(10) for receiving the firstly crushed waste material through an input unit, washing the waste material, and sorting the waste material according to specific gravity; a discharge conveyor(2) installed from the inner bottom of the washing tank toward the outside to transfer aggregates sinking down on the bottom of the washing tank, to the outside; an air pump(20) forcibly blowing hot steam generated from an incinerator; and an air jetting unit(100) comprising a hollow jetting pipe(110) and plural jetting holes(120). The hollow jetting pipe is submerged under the washing water filled into the washing tank, connected to the air pump through a perforated pipe(30) to make fluid flow, and provided with a curved section to receive hot steam and settle the aggregates with high specific gravity of the waste material inserted through the input unit, on the bottom of the washing tank. Plural jetting holes formed at the jetting pipe separate the waste material and make the suspended matter with light specific gravity afloat by vertically jetting the hot steam flowing into the jetting pipe, to the washing water of the washing tank and applying heat and pressure to the waste material poured from the input unit. |
