A YCbCr-RGB converter is provided to decrease the number of gates and reduce the power consumption by using three subtracters, three multipliers, and three accumulators. A YCbCr-RGB converter comprises the first to the third subtracters, the first to the third multipliers(310,312,314), and the first to the third accumulators(ACC1,ACC2,ACC3). An FSM(Finite State Machine) for the YCbCr-RGB converter computes a YUV value corresponding to Y=(Y-c1), U=(Cb-128), and V=(Cr-128) by using the first to the third subtracters at a state 0, computes a11xY, a21xY, a31xY by using the first to third multipliers at a state 1, computes a12xY, a22xY, a32xY by using the first to the third subtracters at a state 2, computes a13xY, a23xY, a33xY by using the first to the third multipliers at a state 3, and then restores at the state 0. The first to the third accumulators process the computed values at the state 1, the state 2, and the state 3 in a pipe line structure, thereby respectively generating R, G, B output values.
