A HEAT INSULTING MATERIALS MADE OF GLASS FIBER FOR LNG TANK AND IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD

A glass fiber insulation for an LNG tank and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to attach a vinyl chloride sheet to the upper surface of a main insulation plate and the lower surface of an absorption insulation plate. A method for manufacturing a glass fiber insulation for an LNG tank includes the steps of forming a main insulation plate(1) by vertically cutting an insulation material in which a plurality of glass fiber films are staked and attaching a vinyl chloride sheet(4) to the upper surface or the lower surface of the main insulation plate, forming an absorption insulation plate by horizontally cutting the insulation material and attaching the vinyl chloride sheet to the upper surface or the lower surface of the absorption insulation plate, attaching a surface of the main insulation plate and a surface of the absorption insulation plate to which the vinyl chloride sheet is not attached and attaching a glass fiber cloth between the main insulation plate and the absorption insulation plate, and attaching the vinyl chloride sheet to the right and left surfaces of the insulation material.
