<p>The present invention relates to peptidic and peptidomimetic compounds with theformula (X-) AA1-AA2-AA3-AA4-AA5-AA6-AA7 inwhich the various groups are defined in the description here below, which mimic aparticular protein portion of MyD88, preventing its homodimerisation and interferingwith its interaction with the TIR domain. The present invention also providesprocedures for the preparation of said compounds, pharmaceutical compositionscontaining them and their use as medicaments, particularly for the treatmentof inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.</p> |
