A method for manufacturing a multi-layered composite film with good lubricating and anti-abrasive property is provided to maintain anti-abrasive and lubricating property for a long time under a high load condition by continuously supplying lubricating components by using defects formed in a hard ceramic film as an oil hole. A method for manufacturing a multi-layered composite film(100) with good lubricating and anti-abrasive property comprises the steps of: forming a hard ceramic film(20) on base metal(10) by PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) or CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition); exposing a droplet hole(51) or a pin hole(52) on the surface of the hard ceramic film by micro-blasting or hardfacing or forming an oil hole(50) for containing a solid lubricant, such as a pit, an uneven part, or a valley by controlling a process parameter during a blasting, polishing, or hard ceramic film forming step; forming the multi-layered composite film by forming a solid lubricating film(30) on the hard ceramic film; and solidifying the multi-layered composite film at 100~450°C.
