A backlight unit having a reflecting sheet, and a display device comprising the same are provided to radiate heat generated from a light source efficiently, by forming the reflecting sheet to include a structured surface and a heat diffusing sheet formed on the structured surface. A reflecting sheet(320) has a structured surface. The reflecting sheet includes a heat diffusing sheet(322), wherein the heat diffusing sheet is formed by coating the structured surface with a composite containing graphite powder, a coupling agent, and a filling agent. A backlight unit comprises a light source(302) for emitting light, the reflecting sheet, and the heat diffusing sheet. The reflecting sheet reflects the light emitted from the light source. |
