A porous concrete block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve strength of the porous concrete block regardless of the size of crushed stone aggregates by pouring the additive of 10kg and water of 13kg to the crushed stone aggregates of 1000kg and then pouring cement of 185kg. A porous concrete block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: pouring crushed stone aggregates(30) with the size of 13~50mm(S10); pouring the water and an additive to the crushed stone aggregate(S11); forming a film of the mixed solution of the additive and water, on the crushed stone aggregate as the predetermined time is elapsed(S12); pouring cement(S13); mixing the crushed stone aggregate, water, additive, and cement(S14); and molding a porous concrete block by supplying the mixture to a mold(S15). |
