A heat diffusing layer, a backlight unit comprising the heat diffusing layer, and a display device comprising the backlight unit are provided to absorb the heat transferred to a reflecting sheet effectively, thereby preventing the increase in temperature of a light source. A composite for a heat diffusing layer(322) contains a coupling agent of 10 to 40 wt.% and a filling agent of 5 to 30 wt.% based on graphite powder of 100 wt.%, and a hardening agent of 5 to 40 wt.% based on the coupling agent of 100 wt.%. The composite further contains a dispersing agent of 0.1 to 10 wt.% based on the graphite powder of 100 wt.% and a solvent. The composite further contains one or more additives selected from a leveling agent, a wetting agent, polybasic acid, and acid anhydride. |
