A method for executing a data broadcast link and a mobile terminal therefor are provided to execute an interworking operation while a broadcast is being reproduced and reproduce the broadcast when the interworking operation is terminated to execute an interworking operation while maintaining a data broadcast. A broadcast receiving unit(101) receives a data broadcast including hyperlink information. A broadcast processing unit(102) reproduces the data broadcast. A key input unit(103) receives a user select signal while the data broadcast is being reproduced. A controller(104) extracts hyperlink information from the data broadcast and executes an interworking operation corresponding to a signal inputted through the key input unit.
