An artificial renal microchip using an electrospun nano-web and a PDMS layer is provided to induce the function of a glomerulus function of the nano-web and to control the size of the nano-pore to improve utility thereof. An artificial renal microchip includes a housing, a PDMS layer(30) and a nano-web(50). The housing includes a blood inflow pipe, a blood outflow pipe, a dialytic liquid inflow pipe and a dialytic outflow pipe. The blood flowing through a blood inflow pipe passes between an upper layer(31a) and the nano-web(50) and flows out through a blood outflow pipe. The dialytic liquid flowing through the dialytic liquid inflow pipe passes between the lower layer(31b) and the nano-web(50), and flows out through a dialytic liquid outflow pipe. |
