An umbrella and parasol holder for a bicycle is provided to reduce the production cost due to a simple structure and to secure convenience by simply adjusting the installation height and angle of an umbrella and a parasol. An umbrella and parasol holder for a bicycle is composed of a handle bracket(2) screw-combined to the lower side of a pillar bar(3) for installing umbrella and parasol bars, and fixed to a handle of the bicycle and a main bracket(1) installed at the upper part to fix the umbrella and parasol bars. The main bracket comprises a fixing shaft bolt having an opening(4) and a hole through which the umbrella and parasol bars move in and out; a cover(8) having a narrow fitting groove narrowly supporting the umbrella and parasol bars combined to the hole and an inclined part joined to an inclined groove of a pillar holder(6); the pillar holder combined to the fixing shaft bolt and composed of the inclined groove for receiving the inclined part of the cover, a hole receiving the pillar bar, and a cut part(60) regulating the size of the hole; and a fixing knob(9) joined to the fixing shaft bolt together with a spring applying elasticity.
