A dehumidifier is provided to allow large capacity dehumidifier to be realized, and to remarkably reduce operating costs by storing cool air by a cooling unit when dehumidification is not needed, and withstanding relatively large dehumidification load by using the stored cool air. A dehumidifier comprises a case(13), a guide member(14), an ice building unit(20), a cooling unit(30), a plurality of dehumidifying plates(50) and a blower. The case has a suction hole(11) and a discharge hole(12). The guide member is installed in the case, and guides air flow from the suction hole to the discharge hole. The ice building unit is installed on a path of the guide member. The cooling unit is installed inside the case, and cools internal space of the case. The plurality of the dehumidifying plates dehumidifies air cooled by cool air of the ice building unit and flowed from the suction hole. The blower is installed in the case of a side of the suction hole and the discharge hole, and blows or discharges air.
