A method of manufacturing fermented soybeans(Cheonggukjang) by fermenting heated soybeans and chocolate is provided. The food products have an effect of preventing aging and cosmetic effect, and are useful as healthy food having nourishing and tonic effect. A fermented soybeans are prepared by the steps of: soaking 95% by weight of soybeans in purified water for 24hr; heating, cooling and mixing with 5% by weight of chocolate; and fermenting for 3 days. The soup prepared with fermented soybeans is dried and formulated in the shape of a pill and liquid. |
